Yong Wei built factories in Sha Tau Kok in 1986. At first, he made jeans garment processing. Now he has developed into a garment company that owns many trading companies and processing enterprises, and has created his own unique brand.
"Many people ask us, as a traditional industry, how did you make clothes so fast?
We summed up the main idea is to innovate management ideas, do their own brand, and strive to do a hundred years of business.

There are more than 2000 employees in Yong Wei company to solve the problem of re employment of over 100 laid-off workers and more than 1800 people in deep construction.
"When we recruit laid-off workers into the factory, someone will teach, bring along, and someone will do technical guidance, so that they will gradually have a skill."
In the process of continuous development, Yong Wei feels the disadvantages of traditional clothing production management. The traditional "bundled" production mode, because of the lack of streamlined and data based management, leads to unclear responsibilities, serious accumulation of semi-finished products, inability to guarantee quality, low efficiency, unclear production schedule, long overtime time and so on, and it is difficult to meet the delivery time of customers.
A group of ordinary five bags of jeans, from the beginning of production to the first product, often takes three days, and once the order is finished, a large number of finished products will be stall at the tail, so that the whole staff can not finish the task even overtime.
Facing the reality of survival and development, Yong Wei set up a single piece production mode.
"This mode can protect two minutes to produce a pair of jeans, so that the production efficiency is greatly improved, so that when workers finish their tasks in the unit, they can rest, and the quality and delivery time required by customers are guaranteed."
Duan Hongping said, "from the operational point of view, this mode will eventually achieve a good harvest of both economic and social benefits."
Yong Wei also started processing trade initially. After a long time, it was hard for the company to have greater development if there was no independent brand.
Since 2004, AVIVI has been developing its own brand (French meaning is "beautiful spring", Chinese plation). After several years of development, brand scale sales revenue, profits and tax rates have increased steadily, and the market share and popularity of independent brands have increased year by year.
Up to now, AVIVI (Ya Weiwei) has established 205 brand stores in the country, and the quality of its products has been recognized and successfully cooperated by us customers.
Another home brand, Acien, has established long-term partnership with one of the world's top 500 "Lucky Island".
Under the current financial crisis, foreign trade exports are affected, and foreign trade businesses are less profitable and unprofitable. The company always adheres to the credibility first, and does everything possible to protect foreign trade customers, so as to make up for the loss of foreign trade business through domestic revenue, and lay the foundation for the next global business to improve its foreign trade business.
At the same time, we must adhere to the business idea of walking on two legs with foreign trade and domestic sales, speed up the development of domestic market, focus on the expansion of private brand, speed up the speed of building brand stores, and increase the market share.

At present, the company is speeding up the construction of the national brand store outlets, adding more than 80 national brand stores, and we are full of hope for development. "
