At that time, she was assisted by a subordinate department of the Tianjin women's Federation to assist the government in getting reemployment posts for laid-off workers, and often encountered laid-off women workers in textile enterprises.
"The country's advocacy of the city's service industry is to point out a clear path for these laid-off workers, but how can we turn these rough jobs and work into a kind of occupation?"

The 254 Hospital of the PLA carried out a pilot project of socialized logistics support, and opened the social cleaning of hospital cleaning work. After several rounds of bidding, the hospital contracted the health care items to the tender team of Fang Na, and made hygienic standards for them, and Fang Na formulated the corresponding rules and salary standards. A new domestic service company initially took shape, and the 254 hospital became the place where the dream of the reemployment of Fang Na and her sisters came from.
After cleaning the first barrel of gold from the 254 hospital, she got another service contract with her outstanding eloquence and public relations ability and the support of various units for re employment projects.

In 1997, Fang Na and several partners formally established labor service Co., Ltd.
It is not a name that is easy to identify. It comes from the school song of Anne's alma mater, Nankai Middle School. In the old language, there is a fast horse's rush.

Nowadays, there are fewer and fewer reemployment workers. The employment of university graduates and the employment of migrant workers have become the primary concern of the government.

Up to now, there are 10000 employees in home economics. Among them, laid-off workers in textile mills account for more than 70%, and have become leading enterprises in Tianjin's home service industry.

In May this year, a high-end nursing home with more than 300 beds is about to open in Nankai District, Tianjin. This nursing home is also the result of many years of struggle.
Many years ago, Fang began to study in nursing homes in Europe, America and Shanghai, and the idea of creating a first-class nursing home in Tianjin was increasingly clear.
In order to solve the problem of shortage of staff in the nursing home, she introduced the concept of "time bank" and vigorously recruited volunteers. The service hours of volunteers can be folded into the service hours that they can enjoy in the future.
What Chang Na likes most is to strive for building a harmonious society, and her pioneering spirit and ideas are the best embodiment of advancing with the times.
