How does the company registration organ divide the company registration jurisdiction?

A: the State Administration for Industry and commerce is responsible for registering the following companies:

(1) authorized department of the State Council

approve the institution of

(two) a company authorized by the State Council to invest;

(three) a limited liability company invested or jointly invested by the State Council authorized investment institution or department;

(four) a limited liability company with foreign investment;

(five) in accordance with the provisions of the law or in accordance with the provisions of the State Council, it shall be the State Commerce and industry.

The Administration for Industry and Commerce of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government shall be responsible for registering the following companies in their respective jurisdictions:

(five) the company entrusted by the State Administration for Industry and commerce to register.

The city and County Administration for Industry and Commerce shall be responsible for the registration of other companies other than the above-mentioned companies in their respective jurisdictions.

Registration jurisdiction

It is stipulated by the Administration for Industry and Commerce of the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government.

Other industrial and commercial administrative organs without company registration jurisdiction shall be entrusted by the administrative department for Industry and commerce under the jurisdiction of the company at the upper level to register the company in the administrative jurisdiction of the government, and the legal consequences shall be borne by the entrusting party.
