The Ministry Of Human Resources Has Decided To Load The Financial Function &Nbsp On The Social Security Card.

According to the notice issued by the Ministry of human resources and the central bank on the loading of financial functions on social security cards, the social security card loading financial function is mainly implemented by loading bank business applications on social security cards.

This means that electronic credentials, as cardholders' rights to social security and public employment services, can be used as bank cards and have financial functions such as cash access, pfer and consumption as well as the basic functions of social security cards, such as information recording, information inquiry, business processing, etc.

In accordance with the central leadership's directive spirit and the task requirements set out in the "12th Five-Year plan", the Ministry of human resources and social security vigorously promotes the construction of social security cards.

By the end of July this year, more than 170 regions of the country had issued social security cards approved by our ministry, and the number of actual card holders reached 145 million, showing a rapid growth.

The social security card only charges the cost of work in general.

Currently, the interconnected network platform covering the whole country is being built, and cardholders only charge the cost of work in principle.
