Antistatic fabrics are divided into two types: non durable and durable. The commonly used testing methods in China are static voltage half life, electrostatic charge density and point charge. The principle is to make the sample be electrified to a steady state in the high voltage electrostatic field and to disconnect the high-voltage power supply, so that the voltage will naturally decay through the grounding metal platform. The time required for the half of the voltage decay to be the initial value is determined. The smaller the unit second value, the better the antistatic performance is. It is stipulated in the standard that grade A is less than 2.0S, B grade is less than 5.0s, and C grade is less than 15.0s. For non durable antistatic textiles, this requirement should be met before washing; for durable antistatic textiles, this requirement should be met before and after washing. The principle is to sample the samples after rubbing the friction device into the Faraday tube to measure the charge surface density of the sample. The way of electrification in this method can better reflect the friction electrification situation when the fabric is actually worn. The density of the charge surface of durable fabric before and after washing should not exceed 7? C/m2. The principle of measurement is to simulate the friction and electrification of the sample by friction device, and put the sample into the Faraday tube to measure the point charge. The smaller the charge, the better the antistatic performance. Standard requirements: non durable antistatic textiles, the amount of charge before washing should not exceed 0.6? C/; for durable antistatic textiles, the amount of charge before and after washing should not exceed 0.6? C/.


The existing national and industry standards are different from each other. Antistatic fabric The results obtained by different test methods are not comparable. The charge surface density method can better simulate the electrification process of outdoor apparel fabrics when they are actually dressed. It is an appropriate method to test the antistatic performance of outdoor garment fabrics. The ultraviolet radiation evaluation parameter of textiles is UPF value of UV protection coefficient, which indicates the average effect of ultraviolet radiation calculated when skin is not protected and the ratio of ultraviolet radiation average effect calculated by skin when fabric is protected. The test methods, the indication, evaluation and identification of the ultraviolet protection performance of textiles, the principle of which is to use the monochromatic or multicolor UV ray radiation samples to collect the total spectral transmission rays, determine the total spectral transmittance t (lambda), and calculate the UPF value of the sample's UV protection coefficient. A parallel beam can be used to irradiate the specimen, and all the transmitted light can be collected with an integrating sphere. The specimen can be irradiated by the hemisphere of light, and the parallel transmitted light can be collected. In actual operation, the UPF and t (lambda) of the sample can be automatically calculated by the tester. When the UPF value of the sample is greater than 50, it is expressed as "upf>50". According to this standard, when the sample is upf>40 and t (UVA) av<5%, it can be called "anti ultraviolet product".


It is understood that there is no target in China. Outdoor sportswear With the introduction of the product standard, most products use the product standard of ordinary clothing, and there is a large gap in professional content, which is not conducive to the standardized development and quality improvement of outdoor sports products. There should be clear requirements for testing methods and evaluation indicators of various functional properties of outdoor clothing fabrics, so as to avoid consumers being misled and cheated in the process of buying. It is suggested that the standard setting units should introduce and improve relevant standards as soon as possible. On the one hand, they will help regulate the consumer market, provide consumers with the basis for choosing purchase, reduce blindness, and on the other hand, help to guide production, provide enterprises with indicators to control product quality, and increase the competition fairness among all garment brands.
