The principle of the cork machine is similar to that of the riveting machine. 1. Preparation before operation:

1. clean up the nail in the funnel and maintain the flow path clean.

First, turn the D-20 plum blossom handle off, take out the D-19 spring and the D-18 fixed cushion, then push the D-17 bowl outward, and all the nails in the funnel will be completely removed.

To make the flow path smooth, it is better to clean the funnel and runner slot once a day, never leave any residue and debris, and do not stick to any greasy dirt. Keep the flow path clean at all times. Do not use scissors or screwdrivers as a tool to clean the flow channel, so as to avoid scratching the influence of the chute.

Feeding function

The tools for cleaning the runner can be cleaned with soft copper brush or small copper strip.

2. replace the upper and lower die: release the E-04 screw in counterclockwise direction, remove the E-01 upper die, replace the new product, then turn the E-04 screw in clockwise direction.

Undo the C-02 screws in reverse clockwise direction, remove the C-01 lower die and replace the new products. Note that the lower die must be placed in the C-01 lower die shaft, then the C-02 screws can be tightened in a clockwise direction.

3. clutch adjustment: it is found that there is noise in the B-14 clutch.

For the friction part, the brake should be adjusted correctly, and some butter should be left on the surface of the B-38 brake pad. When the clutch is running, the B-35 butterfly nut should be loosened gradually to reduce the pressure of the B-32 spring until the feeling of friction is felt.

4. adjusting the height of the lower die C-08 screws are fixed in the direction of the C-04 die axis without loosening.

The A-08 screw is released in reverse clockwise direction. At this time, the C-02 nut is rotated, and the lower die shaft can move up and down.

After selecting the appropriate height of the lower die, tighten the A-08 screw in clockwise direction.

Then tighten the C-02 nut to the bottom.

If rivet is not allowed to enter the chuck, the rivet will jump out of the rivet. If the G-18 screw is too high or too low when the screw is too high or too low, the rivet will not be able to smoothly enter the D-17 chuck from the G-15 channel and adjust the G-18 screw to the proper position.

When the G-05 screw is too high, the G-15 chuck can be opened early, and the rivet will not be riveted earlier.

When the G-05 screw is too high, the G-15 chuck duck nozzle is too slow to open, so that the chuck duck tip is too close to the material.

And the rivet can not be restored, or even damaged to the chuck duck's mouth. Please adjust the G-05 screw to the lowest point of the upper die, just more than the G-05 chuck duck's 3mm is the most appropriate.
