China Spinning Machine Complete Sets Of Equipment To Help Yongan Win Again
The Xiayi Heng Tian Yongan project is located in the textile gathering area of Xiayi county. It is the key construction project of Henan in 2018, with a total planning of 1 million spindles and a scale of 115 thousand spindles.
In July 20th, Xiayi Heng Tian Yongan New Weaving Co., Ltd., representing Shangqiu in Henan's intelligent manufacturing observation and appraisal conference, won the first prize in Huang Huai's four city.
This project adopts the whole process intelligent spinning and weaving equipment of China spinning machinery group, 80% of which is the latest technology, and the 20% is the customization technology. All the main and auxiliary equipment are all connected, and the central control room is centralized and controlled. The volume of 10000 spindles was reduced from the original 200 people to 20 now. It can achieve no duty on night shift in the spinning workshop, and truly do night shift unmanned factory. The new technology can realize intelligent production management and intelligent management, such as intelligent process management, intelligent quality management, intelligent order management, intelligent transportation management, intelligent packaging management, etc.
The project not only played an exemplary role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of Henan's textile and garment industry, but also responded positively to the measures taken by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council regarding the "supply side reform" of textile industry.
With the help of a set of intelligent equipment in the China Textile Machinery Group, Xiayi Heng Tian Yongan New Weaving Co., Ltd. will surely become the national middle and high end textile industry demonstration base and one of the national and global textile benchmarking enterprises.
